(1990) vision provides not only guidance and direction, but also purpose, meaning, and significance to the work of an institution, as well as enabling leaders to motivate and empower their staff to contribute to the realisation of the vision . While taking on the task of Principal at a newer secondary school my vision for the institution was to incorporate technology in all facets of the institution to birth digital  creatives who are not only innovative digital citizens but ones who would add value to our society.   Component 3: Evaluate Plan Progress   After the Strategic plan was rolled out in September 2023, regular evaluation of how the digital tools and software were working to accomplish the goals set was necessary. This helped inform the decision-making process to determine  if the technology and methods we used reaped success in achieving our objectives, and how we could improve them.  The evaluation also documented what students had learned and how well they were learning. This was a way of  tracking student progress.  This allowed me as an institutional leader to make adjustments to the technology, methods, and assessments where needed.  This process was observed at the student/teacher pedagogical level using  Google Work Space For Education  software.
