As an educator with over 20 years experience
 my aim is to create content that informs educators about the available technologies in Education and the ways it can be implemented in institutions across the nation. When it comes to teaching and education I am passionate, I believe in seeing all students reach their full potential by being given every possible avenue to learn and thrive academically. 

I am also an advocate for professional development by sharing any relevant information that can provide opportunities for the enhancement of educators on their professional journey.  

In this blog it is my intention to create awareness about the ISTE Standards: For Education Leaders which can be utilized to transform any educational institution to the benefit of all stakeholders.

(1990) vision provides not only guidance and direction, but also purpose, meaning, and significance to the work of an institution, as well as enabling leaders to motivate and empower their staff to contribute to the realisation of the vision . Component 3: Evaluate Plan Progress

  Component 3: Evaluate Plan Progress   After the Strategic plan was rolled out in September 2023, regular evaluation of how the digital tools and software were working to accomplish the goals set was necessary. This helped inform the decision-making process to determine  if the technology and methods we used reaped success in achieving our objectives, and how we could improve them.  The evaluation also documented what students had learned and how well they were learning. This was a way of  tracking student progress.  This allowed me as an institutional leader to make adjustments to the technology, methods, and assessments where needed.  This process was observed at the student/teacher pedagogical level using  Google Work Space For Education  software.
